Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. This is a 2 bedroom house attached to existing house with separate entrance with own double carport. Laundry is shared with owner with separate entrance.

Nutcrackers Lodge

Nutcrackers Lodge is a modern farm stay style cottage on the outskirts of town. 3 mins to bandy creek and 7 minutes to town central, Nutcrackers Lodge is nestled between trees full of native birds and with kangaroos among the area. Kitchen bench, microwave, kettle etc. Top quality (pillow top) queen size bed and fold out single bed. Enclosed garden. The studio is at the rear of a house with separate entrance and driveway.
