Comfortable and spacious, 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex, just two miles from the beach and Pier area. Upstairs. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept immaculately clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a new queen full memory foam mattress. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry. Nestled under mature live oak trees, this 1940's beach cottage is quaint, comfortable, and cozy in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location!
