This apartment is the bottom floor of the Place where I live. It is set up as a self contained unit, with a queen bed in a spacious area, and a kitchen suitable for light cooking. It offers a comfortable living with a modern separate bathroom, separate place for luggage and shoes. Netflix and U Tube etc... Quiet suburb at 18 klm from CBD Hobart. This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.
