Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. The Gumbo Getaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a king bed and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Our cabin was built in 2021. We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. The Sapling Treehouse is a luxury cabin stilted among young oaks on the slice of Hill Country heaven that we call The Meadow. The Sapling overlooks the south bank of the Palo Alto Creek to the distant hills beyond. It has a king bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a large master bath with a double rain shower and soak tub. There is a romantic lounging gazebo on its large private deck as well as a grill & griddle combo with propane provided.
