This renovated cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located on the beautiful Shade Mountain, it is a great spot to relax and unwind. Great for the family. The cabin has NEW BEDS. Beds are two double beds, 1 single bed, a futon in our sitting room that sleeps 1 person. The cabin has running water, an indoor bathroom that includes a flush toilet, sink and a shower designed for shorten showers. Welcome all nature lovers, hikers, hunters, and skiiers! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin next door to Pinchot Park, Ski Roundtop, and state gamelands. Just a short drive to all amenities in York and Harrisburg but you feel like you're in the woods away from it all. Wildlife is everywhere. We frequently see deer, turkey, and foxes. We are also pet friendly with a fenced in back acre. If you want to visit Gettysburg and Hershey, we are centrally located.

A restored 1700's log cabin in a convenient location to Shepherdstown and surrounding attractions. One bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. One pull out sofa in the downstairs living area. In the summer of 2018, we have added an intimate brick patio area suitable for alfresco dining and for fireside sitting. It is peaceful. It is beautiful. You will not want to leave.
