Beautiful modern villa in the perfect location

This magnificent villa is in a great location to explore Copenhagen. New house (built in 2019) with 4 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All are spread over 180 m2. The common area is a big open space with lots of light facing the green outside. 700 m2 garden where you can grill, relax and pick berries and plums at the right season. Master bedroom with private bath and 3 other spacious bedrooms. Only one minute's walk to the train station which brings you to the heart of Copenhagen in 15 minutes!!

House in Charlottenlund close to the Sea, 5 BDR

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Private access to basement apartment

Two rooms and bathroom in basement of house with own private entrance. Bedroom includes two single beds, seating area and closet. Second room has a sofa bed for two people and office desk. Additionally, access to wash room with washing machine and dryer and water boiler. No kitchen. Comfortable beds with feather duvets. Access to seating/lounge areas in the garden. Close to downtown Copenhagen (15 min bike), beach (10 min bike) and public transport such as Hellerup station (5 min bike).

Copenhagen big family house 180 sqm

Perfectly located for all activities in Copenhagen. Free parking. Easy acces to Copenhagen citycentre. The house is spacious and the garden is wild and funny for kids. In the garden we have different play stuff, a large trampoline, a shelter where 4 people can sleep and a place for a bonfire. On the terrace there is a barbecue. Ground floor is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom. The house is suitable for all kinds of travellers. 6 bedrooms And 3 bathrooms

Bright and cosy villa appartment in two floors. Modern Scandinavian style and acces to privat sunny terrace and garden with a trampoline. Easy transport to the center of Copenhagen by S-train(15 min). S-train is 700 meters from the appartement. Øresund and shopping nearby. The appartement is newly renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. It is clean and very childfriendly. Direct acces to the terrace from both the livingroom and the master bedroom.

Charming house with beautiful garden in Copenhagen

Min bolig lægger tæt på Københavns centrum, Østerbro, Hellerup, 30 min fra lufthavn, Dyssegård Parken, Legeplads, Offentlig transport, Shopping og kun 10 min fra dejlig badestrand. Du vil elske min bolig på grund af charmen og hyggen, stuklofterne, de lyse stuer/køkken alrum, den store smukke have, privatlivet, placeringen. Min bolig er god til par og familier (med børn).

Home away from home

Relax and find peacefulness with the whole family. Enjoy my lovely home which is the first floor and the very light and liveable basement. I have lovely neighbours on the second floor who have their own separate entrance and balcony. They do not have access to the garden. Please note this is a non smoking house as my children live here too.

The house is 200 sq. meters - all ground floor and with a large very private garden with a small football pitch, small play-house and a terrace with grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside there is a large open kitchen - 2 living rooms - 2 bathrooms - 1 toilet - 4 bedrooms. In the basement there is table tennis.
