Landmark One a beautiful lakefront home with boat slip and hot tub. Perfectly located in Deep Creek Lake. Less then 3 miles to WISP (skiing, snowboarding, tubing, mountain coaster) and numerous bars and restaurants. One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. Alyvia’s Retreat has beautiful private views from our wrap around deck, fire pit, grill, great lake access with picnic tables, and we are minutes from restaurants and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the cleanliness, the affordability and perfect size for a single family stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Dock slip available in the summer. 2 min walk to lake.
