Huisje is hondvriendelijk, heeft een volledig omheinde voortuin en afgeschermde veranda. Volledige keuken, eigen parkeerplaats, wasmachine en droger, 55inch tv met DirecTV. Op slechts tien minuten rijden van Hunting Island State Park en op 20 minuten van het centrum van Beaufort en alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Huisje is prachtig ingericht met aangepaste stukken om dit je ultieme luxe uitje op het platteland te maken!

Dit huisje heeft een unieke combinatie van dicht bij alles zijn, met behoud van een zeer privé gevoel. Het huisje is toegankelijk via zijn eigen, speciale oprit. Dit nieuwe gastenverblijf heeft een kingsize bed, evenals een uittrekbare xl twin. Het huis beschikt over een grote tv met uitzicht op het scherm vanuit elke hoek, een full-size bad, volledige keuken, prachtige buitendouche, vuurplaats, volledige wasserette en alle voorzieningen van thuis. 10 minuten naar Beaufort/Parris isl. Parkeergelegenheid op de boot is ter plaatse beschikbaar.

Op zoek naar een plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van een stressvrije vakantie, overweeg dit prachtige huisje op een privé-eiland met toegang tot de interkustwaterweg. Op enkele minuten van het centrum van Beaufort, 35 mijl van Hilton Head Island, 45 mijl van Savannah, GA, 60 mijl van Charelston. Slechts enkele minuten van geweldige restaurants en attracties zoals: Hunting Island State Park en openbare golfbanen. Vissen, kajakken of paddleboarden (apparatuur aanwezig), of gewoon ontspannen op een van de dokken of veranda's.

We houden van de relaxte buurt, charmante historische architectuur en de 5 blokken lopen naar de luchtige waterkant langs Bay Street. Het gezellige huisje is een slaapkamer, een bad en een heerlijke leefruimte op een postzegelplaats. De ingebouwde ontbijthoek is onze favoriete plek. Andere kenmerken zijn de chique meubels, 11’ plafonds, hoge openslaande ramen en kleine veranda. Off-street privéparkeergelegenheid voor één auto en smart-tv/wifi. Het 400 SF huisje is vernoemd naar de dochter van de architect.

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Buddy's Cottage in de buurt van alles in Beaufort, SC

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

A beach pass is provided for Hunting Island State Park as well as beach chairs and towels. "MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. Rest, relax, recharge - nap on a hanging bed; sleep well.

This exquisite residence offers an ideal accommodation choice for individuals attending Marine graduations, seeking a vacation retreat, or on business trips. For a relaxing beach getaway, Hunting Island (National Park) is a quick drive and voted one of the best in SC. With a new swing set for the kids to enjoy. Plus a huge pond just a 1-2 minute walk from the house where you can fish and relax.
