Het huis beschikt over een grote tv met uitzicht op het scherm vanuit elke hoek, een full-size bad, volledige keuken, prachtige buitendouche, vuurplaats, volledige wasserette en alle voorzieningen van thuis. 10 minuten naar Beaufort/Parris isl. Parkeergelegenheid op de boot is ter plaatse beschikbaar.

Dit rustige, privé toevluchtsoord aan de rivier heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het moeras en de rivier de Beaufort. Gelegen in het populaire Pigeon Point, ben je slechts een korte fietstocht of 20 minuten lopen naar de historische wijk en het centrum van Beaufort. Slechts 35 mijl van Hilton Head , 45 mijl van Savannah GA en slechts 60 mijl van Charleston SC. Op enkele minuten afstand van geweldige restaurants en attracties zoals Hunting Island State Park en openbare golfbanen. Zwemmen, vissen, kajakken of paddel instappen (uitrusting aanwezig) of ontspan gewoon. Je kunt zoveel of zo weinig doen als je wilt.

The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

"MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. Ons ruime studio appartement met één kamer is aan ons huis bevestigd, maar biedt volledige privacy. Gasten hebben hun eigen ingang en parkeerplaats op de oprit. De accommodatie wordt niet gedeeld met de verhuurders, maar we wonen op het terrein. Wij zijn gelegen op Lady 's Island, SC, op 20 minuten rijden van Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island en MCA' s, evenals het historische centrum van Beaufort.Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk.
