Petite maison charmante, vue mer de la terrasse, avec trois chambres, idéalement située à 50m de la plage et des premiers commerces. Elle dispose de nombreux lieux pour se détendre et/ou prendre un verre (trois terrasses, dont une au première étage avec vue sur les îles de Porquerolles et Port-Cros et une autre couverte. Un beau pin parasol donne un certain cachet à la terrasse de l'Est. Une nouvelle salle de douche à l'extérieur vient d'être réalisée en mars 2023.
