Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

The Coach House is a stand alone dwelling in the centre of the picturesque village of Brewood ; holder of the best kept village in Staffordshire. The accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge dining area with French windows looking onto a walled garden and downstairs utility with toilet, washing machine and tumble drier. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
