Ook een queensize Tempur-pedic-matras, wifi, een magnetron (achter een kastdeur), een waterkoker, een broodroosteroven, een Keurig, een koelkast, een kookplaat, een gootsteen, een grote tv (met meer dan 250 kanalen), een dvd-speler en parkeergelegenheid op straat. Niets high-end hier (behalve het matras), maar zeer comfortabel, schoon en privé. Ook heeft de badkamer een eigen on-demand boiler (niet gedeeld).

Ga dan naar het achterdek en breng tijd door bij de visvijvers, je kunt verder gaan om de Secret Garden te verkennen waar je verschillende vlinders, vogels en zelfs vriendelijke bijen kunt zien.
