All pets MUST be pre approved prior to booking!!Within 2 miles of Wake Forest, half mile from US- 52 and 20 m High Point. Less than 7 minutes to downtown WS! Convenient to everything, including Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock State Park. Quality of furnishings are all Higher End. Extremely private setting. IEverything, is as I would have it in my own home. When traveling it makes the experience much more enjoyable, arriving to a well appointed clean living space. A true home away from home!

Beautiful fully renovated home welcomes you with bright completely new kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances. Fresh paint throughout interior and exterior. Brand new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Newly updated bathrooms. New carpeting and new luxury flooring throughout. Beautiful yard, family friendly neighborhood. Elegant Pet Friendly Ranch close to everything!

Our sun filled updated 1950's single family ranch home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood has all the comforts needed for a long or short stay. Fabulous location-just minutes to multiple universities, hospitals, historic sites and downtown Winston-Salem. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, shopping and recreational parks. Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro is 35 minutes away. ***ALLERGY ALERT*** I do have the house professionally cleaned but dogs and cats do stay here occasionally.

House in Sunnyside W-S w/Brewery Tour and Tasting!

Absolutely NO Parties or large gatherings allowed. You will be kicked out. Only guest registered are allowed to stay. You and your family will enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom home which is located in the historic Sunnyside area of town! Located a little over 1 mile into the downtown area, you will have easy access to nightlife, tourist attractions and lots of great food options! If you are a beer fan, I own Hoots Beer Co. and offer a free tour and tasting with your stay, so just ask!
