It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Splendido attico nel centro di San Vincenzo, a pochi passi dal porto e dalla via principale della città. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo di oltre 130 m^2 sopra il quale potrete prendere il sole e fare splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale
