De accommodatie is gelegen op het huiskamerplein van Orta San Giulio, dus dichtbij kunst en cultuur, prachtige panoramische uitzichten en restaurants. Gelegen aan de meerzijde, dus zeer centraal, maar rustig. Dankzij de drie grote boogramen is het uitzicht het beste wat je kunt wensen in Orta! Het uitzicht, de ligging en de intimiteit zijn uniek! Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
