We will meet at the gym and go over the Hip Thrust and how to do it safely and effectively. We will then do a practical where you'll get 1-on-1 coaching from me to ensure that your form and execution are right for your body mechanics. We will practice various types of hip thrusts (i.e. barbell, banded, knee banded, feet elevated, single leg, dumbbell, and more!) You will have the option to have…
