I am a qualified French Patisserie Chef with 9 years of experience and a passion for sharing my knowledge, specially when it comes to making macarons! I have lived in Bristol for the past four years and I am thrilled to organise these workshops where I get to teach the art of making macarons in a friendly atmosphere . In addition to English, I speak fluently French (oui!) and Spanish (Sí!).

In this hands-on experience, you will learn how to make macarons from start to finish: making your shells batter using the Italian meringue technique (it will be much less scary once I have explained it all!), using a piping bag to pipe your shells, how to bake your macarons, making the filling, finishing them and lastly EAT THEM!!
