I will lecture on our meal, go over recipes and give you some history of the cuisine of this region. Then I will give a knife skills demonstration so prepping for our meal will be a breeze. We will be cooking in my professional kitchen here on my property, I have a community garden as well on my property, depending on the time of year the class runs we might be using food grown here on my property. I live in a beautiful community southside of Santa Fe with 360 degree views of the mountains and next to the Santa Fe river trail.
