Wat je gaat doen

1. Give the theory of yin-yang of foods which are good for your body, mind.
2. Together we prepare the cookings. During the cookings the way of cooking methods are explained.
- The diet includes: 50% wholegrains, 30 fresh eco veggie, 15 vegan protein and 5 % nuts and others. The macronutrients would be explained to you.
3. give the instruction of how to chew goods
4. discuss personal with you about your practicing daily diets.

Estimate time from 4.30 am to 8.30 pm

We would like to introduce to you the Vietnamese vegan foods and cooking methods such as stew, blanche, steam, sautee. Special is brown rice cooking which is not same with white rice.
Nowadays brown rice is given by doctors for the patients who have digestion, kidney, overweight problem.
Other foods such as spring rolls, fresh rolls, miso soups are in our program.

We are happy to welcome to Xoai’s home and look forward to have dinner together.
Other things to note
The cooking could take about 4 hours with side disk, main course and desert. If you really want to experience a detox day with Xoai’s foods, please let us know. Or if you like knowing about the Vietnamese vegan foods, something special like Pho, spring rolls... we are happy to cook together with you

I am a modern macrobiotic vegan person who has experienced from 2015. In Hoi an - where i have a chance to live under sunshine, daily fresh vegetable from garden to table meals. After following the tricky diets I found that healthy meals are different time to time, seasons to seasons, person to person. So I am now learning intesive about yin-yang foods and activities and practice daily.
I had lived in Germany for 7 years so I know well about the western diets. I love to make the diets mixed of western and eastern.
I love sharing my cooking skills and sharing the culture with you by lunch time.

Waar je naartoe gaat

From my home to Hoi an market or a eco supermarket or the eco herbst village Tra Que we could reach there within 10-15 minutes by bicycle. The paddy field ways are very nice for you to cycle through it.
My house is paddy field view give you a wonderful feeling and help you relax. We will have lunch together under confetti.

What a brilliant course and great introduction to macrobiotic vegan diets. I felt incredibly detoxed by the end of it and Houng has kindly said she will help me to continue when I get home. Feel very grateful indeed to have met her.
