Wat je gaat doen

We will meet at the beach and ill give you a board to learn on. I will give a lesson on the beach including all techniques and safety measures to take. Once I feel confident that you understand all the instructions we will put theory into practice. We will paddle out together and I will instruct you on where to place yourself so that you can safely practice getting the hang of catching the wave. I will tell you what wave to go for and the time of when to start paddling, and when to stand up on your board. For safety reasons I wont be more than 10 yards away from you the entire session. After a few practice waves you will be able to stand up on a wave and experience what surfing is all about!
Other things to note
All guests must know how to swim.

I have been surfing for 15 years, and have a lot of experience with many different conditions. I constantly watch the weather report , and I know exactly what to look for when the good waves are coming. I typically enjoy the calm surf during the spring and summer, but I chase the big waves all over Florida during the hurricane season (sometimes getting to ride the 12-16 footers)! I enjoy surfing so much that I now want to teach others this amazing experience.

Waar je naartoe gaat

We will be meeting at the st Augustine beach and paddle out into the surf right from there. You can drive your car on the beach if you have four-wheel drive, otherwise DON'T TRY.

Surfing with Zack was awesome! He was super helpful, especially since it was only my second time ever surfing. He was a very good teacher and I felt really comfortable learning to surf with him. I had such a great time, we even surfed together for some time after the lesson. He also was very knowledgeable about the sport, and I learned some really good beginner tricks to use once I buy my own board one day. I really had such a great experience and it feels really good to be able to say I rode some waves! Definitely recommend!
