Stretch and jog followed by a nutritional uptake of greens and other various foods meant for speedy recovery with group discussion including goals and tasks. In addition, areas of life that have greatest impact or influence and discussing how these items impact life as a whole. What tools and methods may be discussed or introduced as a form of therapeutic discussion or intervention. Most importantly listening is my primary strategy only giving guidance or advice when requested. I do believe people have answers to many of their own questions or challenges. This is a place to have fun, increase knowledge and to learn what is effective for the individual.

Daily jogger, stretching, fitness and healthy lifestyle. Previous and current experience includes military service as a flight medic in the Air Force, Bachelors in Human Services with classes in Health Science, Psycho-social strategies and Nursing. I have worked in Surgical Step-down, OBGYN and Pediatrics as part of clinical training and practicum.

Physical activity is voluntary and is not required as much as it is a lifestyle and/or personal challenge in seeking a broad view of fitness, health and mindful living. Nearby areas to jog are in historical district.
