Wat je gaat doen

You'll select a pattern and choose fabrics for a quilt . We'll press cut and sew with a wide selection of tools and supplies including threads for hand and machine piecing and applique; Bernina sewing and embroidery machines, GO Big Cutter, basic and specialty rulers and a design wall.
Other things to note
You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine , tools and fabrics, but mine are here for your use so you only need to bring yourself. There's a full kitchen and bath in the studio.

I am an avid quilter and have been taking classes and practicing my art for over 20 years. I belong to our large local guild as well as 4 small quilt groups and the BMQG. My quilting style ranges from modern to traditional, art and mixed media. This January, I was able to move much of my quilting space to a studio one block from my home. The quilt studio is one side of a duplex and the other is our Airbnb 2 bedroom apartment. Whether you're a beginner or just want a mini retreat , I 'd love to share Boise's active quilting community and my quilting stash and tools with guests.

If you ever wanted to learn how to quilt this is the experience for you. Karen is passionate about quilting and she puts you at ease as she teaches you the basics. I highly recommend this experience.

Quilting at my level. Karen really took time to pick out fabric and gave great tips all through the day. She has all the materials and equipment needed to make a quilt from start to finish.
