I have practiced and taught meditation for over 10 years, running retreats, teaching at numerous global corporations and presenting at Wanderlust 108 Festival, and the Stress Summit.
I was inspired to teach after experiencing first-hand the profound physical and mental benefits of meditation.
I believe that meditation & breath practices once learned, are tools an individual will have for a lifetime to help relieve stress and fatigue, and allow for more moments of calm and inner joy.

The class will take place in beautiful quiet location in the hinterland of Byron Bay, looking out onto the rolling green hills seated under a beautiful tree.
