My classes are very popular to those wanting to transition to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or just to improve overall wellness.

I live most of the year in India and based in Palolem, Goa. I am familiar with many of the local markets and take pride in creating my own budget friendly, yet gourmet delicious recipes.

I also am responsible for the vegan menus of two fully vegan restaurants, where I designed exclusive menus and trained their Indian staff.

The cooking classes take place in a lovely modern kitchen and are limited to 3 people per class to create an intimate experience.
