I've been practicing parkour for 8 years counting, in over 20 cities across 3 continents. As well as countless meetups and several workshops at music festivals, I've taught a physics-oriented parkour class at Burning Man the past five years.

For the best experience, wear clothes that do not restrict your range of motion. Stretchy clothes or shorts are great, tight jeans are less good. Sneakers or any athletic shoes are fine.

Waar je zult zijn

We will start at one of my favorite parkour locations, with terrain that allows you to practice a wide variety of moves. From there, we can move on to other nearby spots, in nature or the urban jungle.
