Perrivale House guest cottage is the perfect place to relax in the beautiful coastal town of Exmouth. Guests have a private entrance, a secure parking space and a delightful well tended garden, ideal for morning coffee. Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Guests have the whole place to themselves. This includes a bedroom, a bathroom and tea/coffee/toaster/fridge area. ☕️ Dishes and cutlery provided to make a cuppa, breakfast and snacks . Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

Ideal for young families, couples or friends looking for a home away from home, our apartment sleeps up to 4 in two comfortable bedrooms, while also offering a large lounge, well-equipped dine-in kitchen, family sized bathroom and a tranquil terrace. The sea is just at the end of the road, the town and station are a ten minute walk away, and there is street parking outside.

With only a 10 minute walk from Exmouth sea front Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. bus and trains only 5 minutes walk away with great connections to Exeter and the South West. This stylish properly has stairs leading to the frist floor where the Kitchen, Living Area and Toliet is located. A second flight of stairs leads to a spacious Master Bedroom with the addition of a futon. smaller Double Room and Bathroom with shower and bath.

Seaside flat & parking just minutes from the beach

My seaside flat is fabulously located in the centre of the buzzing seaside town of Exmouth just five minutes from the railway station, wide sandy beach and wonderful Exe Estuary Trail cycle trail / path. The Marina and Kite Surfing Centre are just a short walk away. The flat has its own parking space. Accommodation is on the third floor with access via stairs. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern well-equipped kitchen, bath/shower, wifi and a cosy lounge - plus board games and TV.

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Self contained apartment with beautiful gardens

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

The luxurious one bedroom apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views from double bedroom which comes equipped with modern en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). We would welcome adults only. If its a peaceful beach break you are looking for, you have found just the place. We are within a minutes walk to the beach & 15 minutes walk to town centre. Jurassic Coastal path within walking distance and bus route available.
