This ground floor apartment is located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven only 5km from the town centre and short walk to the beach. Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Next to coffee shop, across road from groceries, pizza, Chinese, bottle shop & chemist. Undercover parking, linen & towels. Starter tea/coffee/milk/soap/shampoo. Note: regional area so wifi can be weak at times. Enjoy the beach, books and boardgames. Strictly NO charging of EVs due to body corporate insurance rules. EV station is 10mins away, so plan ahead.

A beautifully renovated fully self contained and accessible designed apartment at the base of Gulaga mountain. Designed to Australian accessible standards with plenty of room to move around. Surrounded by gardens and farmland but only a short distance to the beach and amenities. There is a small courtyard with garden and mountain views and a personal fire pit for relaxing evenings. Pets are welcome. Only 2.5km to Central Tilba, 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Narooma and Bermagui.
