Welkom in ons landelijk uitje met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. We liggen op enkele minuten van het historische dorpje Schoharie en op 45 minuten van de hoofdstad en Cooperstown. Wij bieden een schilderachtig uitzicht, toegang tot het gazon rond de air bnb, buiten zitplaatsen en parkeergelegenheid (twee auto's). Onze air bnb is volledig gevuld met handdoeken, beddengoed, toiletartikelen, een haardroger, keukengerei, 55-inch smart-tv, pack n play en een draagbare kinderstoel. Er zijn 13 stappen om air bnb te betreden. GASTEN MOETEN ZONDER HULP DE TRAP KUNNEN BEKLIMMEN.

Prachtige boerderij en majestueuze waterval

Het Sparrow House is een prachtige boerderij met een privépad naar een majestueuze 120' waterval. Met vintage behang, eclectisch antiek, een gezellige open haard, een buitensauna van cederhout, een grote omheinde tuin omringd door kamperfoeliewijnstokken en een spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen, is het huis een perfecte plek om te ontsnappen in de ongerepte natuur en nog steeds wilde bossen van de Catskills. De waterval is een echt magische plek en wordt beschouwd als een heilige plek. Het huis is niet geschikt voor luide groepen of feesten. 🙏🦋🙌

Tiny Home A-frame met bubbelbad en kreek

Het gezellige A-Frame ligt op iets meer dan twee uur van NYC en is een 400 vierkante meter, milieuvriendelijke hut aan de kreek in de noordelijke Catskills van New York. Ons gloednieuwe huis is zorgvuldig ontworpen met veel luxe comfort terwijl het afgelegen is in de natuur. Geniet van de rust van het bos vanuit het bubbelbad of terwijl je s'mores roostert bij de vuurplaats. Of zet de muziek harder op de vintage stereo en kijk hoe de sneeuw valt. Een ideaal uitje voor diegenen die op zoek zijn naar een romantisch uitje of een ander tempo naar WFH.
