Comfortable, modern and quiet 2 bedroom apartment in premium condo, with privileged location at La Patacona beach. Featuring partial relaxing sea views from the private terrace and all modern comforts: swimming pool, elevator, air conditioning / heating, concierge, Fiber Optic 100 MB WiFi, in a trendy area with lots of nice restaurants & bars nearby and really well communicated with the city centre. Has everything that a couple, or a family would need for a relaxing stay in Valencia's seaside. My home is located on the 3rd floor of a new, modern condo with communal swimming pool (open from mid June to mid September, without lifeguard), which has an elevator and offers concierge service. It features a spacious living room with fully equiped open concept kitchen, a very nice terrace offering side sea views, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a nice dining table with four chairs. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door opens to the private terrace, featuring side sea views and a table with 4 chairs. This is the ideal space for al fresco dining (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply continue lounging after a day out in the beach. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, diswasher, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In both bedrooms there is a comfy double bed to ensure a good night's rest, and both of them have a closet with enough room for your clothes. The brand-new bathroom features a standing shower. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided. The high speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. If you need a travel cot for your baby, don’t hesitate to ask! I could arrange it. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. Once you complete the reservation, I will send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in La Patacona and Valencia. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.

Apartamentos de Isabel alleen voor volwassenen, uitstekend...

Se trata de un estudio céntrico en el primer piso (sin ascensor) de 30m2 con las mejores vistas, puesto que está situado en primera linea de playa y a lado del castillo. El estudio entero es un mirador al Mediterráneo. Debido a las dimensiones, solo podrán alojarse dos personas adultas. Este estudio luminosos dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir una agradable estancia en la playa. El piso se compone de una habitación con una cama doble (135cm), un baño completo y una cocina-comedor de estilo abierto que da acceso a un balcón privado con vistas al mar y al castillo. Así pues, el estudio esta decorado con temática playera y marinera, situando así a los huéspedes en un ambiete vacacional. Tiene aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, cuando la estancia sea mayor a 10 días, la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se considerará un “alquiler de temporada”. Para el cumplimiento de la normativa, en este caso se firmará un contrato de arrendamiento entre ambas partes.

El piso es muy acogedor, luminoso y fresquito. Para tu comodidad, dispone de cocina y está provisto de sábanas, toallas y TV. Su balcón es genial para que te relajes después de un dia de playa. La vivienda dispone de: - 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio - 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales - salón-cocina, baño y terraza. El apartamento es entrañable y su diseño ha tenido en cuenta los detalles y la decoración original. Pese a estar en segunda línea, cuenta con una magnifica terraza con vistas al mar. Además, es mucho más tranquilo que la mayoría de apartamentos de primera linea que sufren ruidos de restaurantes cercanos. El apartamento está equipado con muebles, cocina, microondas, nevera, lavadora, TV, vajilla, sábanas y toallas. Hay agua caliente/fría.

Het Sea Experience aparthotel in Alcossebre is een recent gebouwd complex gelegen aan het strand van El Cargador Beach en op 550 m van het centrum van Alcossebre. Controleer de prijzen voor de spa, parkeergelegenheid, enz. Het appartement van 50 m² heeft 2 slaapkamers met een capaciteit voor 3/5 personen (zonder uitzicht op zee). De foto's van het terras zijn indicatief en geven op geen enkel moment de hoogte of exacte positie weer van het appartement dat je reserveert, omdat er verschillende appartementen van hetzelfde type in het Aparthotel zijn.

La Casa de Carmen

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze rustige en elegante accommodatie op slechts twee minuten lopen van het strand van Las Arenas en op slechts een korte wandeling van het Tarongers Grass Hockey Field. Het ontwerp en de kwaliteiten waar het van geniet maken het uniek. Het is een nieuw gebouw gelegen in een strategisch gebied van de karakteristieke maritieme wijk van de stad Valencia. Ideaal voor werken op afstand. We accepteren geen gasten die minderjarig zijn als ze tijdens hun verblijf niet worden begeleid door een volwassene.

Slechts 2 minuten van de stranden, met als groot voordeel gratis parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Een modern, rustig en exclusief toevluchtsoord in het historische hart van Peñíscola.

Breng een paar dagen door in ons kleine appartement aan de oceaan. Het is een open ruimte, waar geen ruimte is. Tweede verdieping met lift en trap, onlangs gerenoveerd. I ging in april 2023 van start. Er is een tweepersoonsbed en een bank die in een ander tweepersoonsbed verandert. Ideaal voor twee personen, controleer of ze meer zijn. met een toeslag van 15 eu per persoon per nacht De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf: koelkast, keukengerei, douche en strandhanddoeken, enz.

Luxe Penthouse/Aan het strand/Uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee

El Ático je zult het geweldig vinden, de locatie is perfect om te ontspannen en Puerto de Sagunto en Valencia te verkennen met familie, vrienden of als thuiswerkers en digitale nomaden. Geniet vanaf het grote terras van een prachtige zonsopgang en een warme zonsondergang vanaf het achterterras. Bij het betreden van een gevoel van rust gemengd met de oceaanbries zal bevestigen dat je niet beter hebt kunnen kiezen! 25 min naar Valencia Airport/ 7 min treinstation/ 2 min bushalte.
