Gas Grill, roping dummy, and a Firepit are in the private yard. The HVAC is amazing in this house. We are a guest and pet favorite.

The property also has a pool table, electronic dart board, a variety of board games and a legends ultimate arcade with 4500 classic arcade games. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.
