Ti piacerà per gli esterni ricchi di zone relax ,cucina esterna salotto solarium e vasca idromassaggio,ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell’appartamento e per la vista sulla baia di Fetovaia, che si può godere in assoluta tranquillità. Inoltre la casa è arredata con cura ed equipaggiata di ogni comodità. L'alloggio è adatto a compagnie , coppie e a famiglie con figli non più in tenera età

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Ristrutturato con attenzione ai dettagli, ha un’ampia terrazza dove poter pranzare e lettini solari dove poter riposare ammirando lo strepitoso scenario naturale.

In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restaurants.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island.We prefere rent for a week, from saturday.to families or couples over 25.
