Quiet and cozy apartment with a huge private patio less than 5 min walk from the beach. Beautiful promenade with palm trees, chiringuitos, kids playgrounds and doggy parks in front of the sea. Penthouse La Palmera 5, uitzicht op zee, superieur

Fantastisch, indrukwekkend, prachtig. Misschien zijn het de drie bijvoeglijke naamwoorden die we het meest horen als ze dit bevoorrechte appartement bezoeken. Geweldige accommodatie met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee, het beste huurappartement in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Wie op deze zolder verblijft, we hebben de zekerheid die zich herhaalt. Het vertegenwoordigt echt het beeld van een appartement op het strand, waar we allemaal van hebben gedroomd, het ene of het andere.

I'm Eva Farré. ALBADA BLAU beautiful apartment with patio in the old neighborhood of Girona, next to the most emblematic monuments. Quiet area with restaurants and a wide gastronomic offer. Room with XXL bed and electric fireplace for a romantic evening. Very comfortable XXL sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms for the privacy of guests. feliz estancia

Bonito y acogedor apartamento frente al mar. Estamos en el piso 9° de una finca de nueve plantas. Esta en una zona peatonal muy tranquila llamada " la isla " Hay aparcamientos cerca de la vivienda,supermercados,bares,restaurante, gasolinera... En 5 minutos caminando estas en la playa.Y en 7 - 8 en la estacion de tren.En poco mas de 30 min estas en el centro de Barcelona y un poco mas en el aeropuerto.
