Disfruta de una experiencia de lujo en este céntrico y amplio alojamiento situado en una de las calles más importantes de la ciudad, calle Francos. Una de las arterias del centro que dan directamente a la Catedral de Sevilla y Giralda. Calle peatonal muy tranquila y sin bares alrededor pero solo a 2 minutos a pie de las zonas de restauración más importantes de la ciudad. El barrio santa cruz a solo 5-6 minutos a pie. New apartment all brand new, two bedrooms with double beds with fitted wardrobes, bathroom, living room with American kitchen all new fully furnished and equipped, including washer and dryer. Dining room, double sofa bed and a terrace with good views. It has hot and cold air conditioning in the livingroom. It has an elevator. FREE WIFI. The urbanization is very quiet and safe. Free surface parking. . Bus down the floor and closed to a metro that will take you to the center in 10 minutes.

FANTASTIC apartment in the city center!

Awesome and cozy apartment in Plaza de San Andrés (absolutely centric), just 10 minutes from the Cathedral. Located in a very quiet spot and surrounded by all amenities and services. The best bars and restaurants in town are within 300 meters range from the building. Enjoy a morning coffee with toast, or tasty tapas in any of the multiple bars that are in the Plaza. Or take a walk enjoying the beautiful monuments of Sevilla without the hassle of taking buses or taxis.

Acogedor y cómodo apartamento en zona residencial segura y tranquila. A 5 minutos a pie del casco histórico de la ciudad y de la estación de tren de Santa justa. 1 gran plaza de garaje (algunos de nuestros huéspedes meten 2 coches de tamaño mediano pero al ser algo incomodo lo anunciamos como 1 sola plaza) Altura max 2,25. 3 bicicletas. Ideal para 5 huéspedes, ya que son 63m2 y hasta 7 si buscas algo más económico aunque se reduce el espacio, se añaden dos camas extra.

Delicioso apartamento desde el que descubrir todo lo que Sevilla te puede ofrecer. Es una casa muy acogedora donde os sentiréis como en la vuestra . Está a pocos minutos andando a la Catedral,a la Plaza de Toros, al Teatro, a la zona de tiendas, a los Reales Alcázares, al río, a Triana, al parque de Maria Luisa, al barrio de Santa Cruz... y está absolutamente rodeada de vida! un abanico inmenso de bares y restaurantes maravillosos, pero sin ruido.
