Apartamento de 2 habitaciones para 4 personas en primera línea de la playa Poniente, con vistas de la playa y el mar, terraza grande con vistas, todo exterior, salon amplio con vistas al mar, aparcamiento privado, wifi, TV, aire acondicionado, cocina completa (lavavajillas, lavadora, horno), baño completo, en urbanización con piscina, jardín muy bonito con vistas al mar y pista de tenis. La urbanización tiene acceso directo al paseo maritimo y es una de las más bonitas de la playa de Poniente.

Cozy newly renovated apartment with views of the bay of Jávea and the Montgo. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator and parking, it is at just few meters from the sea, that you can hear the sweet crashing of the waves on the beach. Perfect for lovers of the sea and good food. Also perfect for babies and children as it has been equipped with bath, cot, high chair and minipimer. It is close to all services, restaurants and beach bars, and a pleasant walk to both the Arenal beach and the port.

Bienvenidos a Nuria’s art loft, un precioso apartamento muy luminoso y recién reformado (2022) en una calle muy tranquila del casco antiguo de Jávea donde disfrutar de paseos por su peculiar entramado de calles estrechas, fachadas blancas, ventanas góticas y piedra de Tosca. Un lugar ideal para encontrar multitud de restaurantes, comercios, mercado de Abastos, Museos…. El apartamento se encuentra a 1,5km del Puerto y de la playa de la Grava, a 2km de la playa del Montañar y a 3km del Arenal.

Apartamento céntrico, casco antiguo

Piso muy luminoso recién renovado y con mucho encanto en el Casco Antiguo de Javea, con capacidad para cuatro personas y en una calle muy tranquila. El centro urbano es un punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad. Museos, salas de exposiciones, cafés, restaurantes y paseo de compras, se encuentran a pocos metros y si os gusta realizar caminatas, a 1.500 mts. se encuentra el pintoresco puerto de Javea. Los espero y desde ya, les deseo unas estupendas vacaciones.
