Situado en una zona residencial y rodeado de bosque y zonas verdes y a tan solo 10 minutos andando a la playa del charcón donde podrás disfrutar de música en vivo en las noches de verano en el chiringuito o degustar unas sardinas con cerveza junto a la playa. También puedes practicar snorkel, paddle surf y kayak. Disfruta toda la luz que tiene este apartamento y de su estupenda terraza con vistas al mar y al faro de calaburras que no te dejaran indiferentes.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €). Spacious and well-kept gardens. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
