Snowbirds are welcome! Breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf. Spacious private balcony. 17th floor. Sterling Reef resort is located directly on the pristine white sands beach. Situated right next to the M.B. Miller County Pier, one of the longest on Gulf Coast and great fishing spot. The resort is located in quiet, somewhat secluded spot far enough from loud big resorts and hotels, yet close to all great restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The resort charges $52 fee per car per stay.

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.
