Welcome to The Little Farmhouse! Whether pleasure or business, relax in peace & comfort in this beautiful home. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Pets are welcome. The home has central air and is built within the workshop (guests are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 30 minutes to the caverns. Oilfield friendly.

We zijn trots op ons harde werk en stellen ons huis graag voor je open. Kingsize bed en tweepersoons luchtbed.

Een eclectische collectie antiek en originele kunstwerken maken deze ruimte een onvergetelijke ervaring. De achtertuin is privé en afgelegen.

In het licht van de dageraad zie je herten en elanden grazen in de velden. De schemering brengt prachtige zonsondergangen. Als je naar het westen kijkt, kun je in het zuiden El Capitan en Guadalupe Peak in Guadalupe National Park zien en in het noorden ligt Carlsbad Caverns National Park op de bergkam.

Dit huis ligt aan de hoofdstraat van onze stad. Op slechts anderhalve kilometer afstand van het Carlsbad Beach, restaurants en supermarkt is super dichtbij. We hebben een kleine unit ernaast, je deelt de achtertuin. Familiegasten willen misschien genieten van onze fantastische huizen.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
