Gezellige nieuwe woning heeft twee slaapkamers met twee volledige badkamers. Hoofdslaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met complete badkamer en tegeldouche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een driepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden over volledige stapelbedden voor 2 volwassenen OF maximaal vier kinderen. Volledige keuken plus wasmachine en droger! De familiekamer komt uit in de keuken en heeft een tweepersoons slaapbank en 2 fauteuils. Het is dicht bij de gemeenschappelijke ruimte met bootstrips en zwemgebied. De veranda heeft een tafel en stoelen voor het eten, tv en een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Auburn ligt op slechts 45 minuten afstand.

Gezellig huisje met openbare aanlegsteiger en oprijplaten in de buurt (boot- en kajakverhuur ook). Hoofdslaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een aangrenzende complete badkamer. Stapelbedkamer voor 4 personen met aangrenzende badkamer naar de hoofdruimte. Achterdek heeft een kleine tafel en zitplaatsen met een hot tub met 6 zitplaatsen! Op enkele minuten van het beroemde restaurant Kowaliga & Russell Crossroads (markt, diner, paardrijden, enz.), maar toch nog steeds afgelegen! Honden zijn welkom voor een huisdiertoeslag van $ 75 per verblijf! Katten zijn NIET toegestaan vanwege allergieproblemen. $ 500 boete voor feesten of roken.

De keuken is goed ingericht als je ervoor kiest om in te verblijven of als er verschillende restaurants zijn binnen 10-15 minuten rijden.

We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.
