Located on the quieter side of the street, this 1800 sqft walkout bungalow is ideally situated further away from the hwy with a deck overlooking a green space. Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, upper living room, lower family room w/ TV and foosball, AC, deck w/ sofa & bbq, and heated garage. 10 min walk to the beach, short drive to Panorama & several golf courses.
