This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Quiet but active residential community, with access to golf. tennis, pool, hiking, fishing, and of course skiing and snowboarding! Public transportation, super market, gas station, liquor stores all within walking distance. We strongly suggest that in the winter months, rent a car with snow tires or 4 wheel drive to get from Denver to Vail.
