Het is een van de 3 woningen gelegen op dit 400 hectare grote terrein genaamd de Port Talbot Estates. Je hebt veel privacy, want elk huis is goed gescheiden van elkaar. Dit luxe huisje heeft het allemaal en ligt op een steenworp afstand van een prachtig strand aan het Eriemeer. Lokaal hebben St. Thomas en Port Stanley tal van winkels, restaurants, bars, supermarkten, brouwerijen en lokale musea die je kunt verkennen!
