By car you're less than 5 minutes from the freeway in one direction, and from the downtown area, Convention Center, Zoo, Aquarium and botanical gardens in another. A parking space is provided in the driveway. No pets, and we make no exceptions.

We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town.
