This adorable beach cottage was recently renovated. Only a 5 min walk to the beach or bay! Great side deck for relaxing and grilling out. Central Air! Linens and Towels Included along with the 8 beach badges ($90)! Beach cart and chairs too! Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, bagel shop, ice cream and Ocean Hut surf store. Great Location! Bay Beach Park is down the street - perfect for the kids and family to relax at night and watch the sunset. Stay in Monterey-Its like family here!

Sweet 2 Bedroom Cottage Beach Side

Sweet cottage steps from the beach, sand dunes, lighthouse, playground, tennis courts, skateboard park, shops, restaurants and the LBI shuttle. Beach Haven with all it's summer amenities like water park, amusements, arcade, mini golf is just a short drive away or take the LBI shuttle and spare yourself the driving. My place is good for couples for a romantic getaway, solo adventurers looking to do some reading or surfing and families (with kids). 2nd fl of a duplex

One block away from 8 of the best restaurants on LBI. Two blocks to the bay, 5 blocks to the beach. Fire up the grill and relax around the fire pit as the sun sets over the bay. Relax every evening with two outside sunset decks.
