Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

Near Algonquin, Arrowhead, and ATV/snowmobile trails. Shallow, beach entry on a small lake with a nice dock for the summer months. Warm up by the fire pit outside or using the wood stove inside. High speed internet. Kayak, SUP, and canoe for the summer and 4 pairs of snowshoes for the winter. Three bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen.

This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. Located just 2 & 1/2 hours north of Toronto in beautiful sunny Sundridge Right across the road from a public beach with sandy bottom and amazing sunsets. The beach even has a playground for the kids Firewood is available for purchase just down the road. Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting on the screened in porch or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.
