Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

The River House is a two story house with a fully equipped unit upstairs as well as downstairs. The house sits directly on the river, and comes with it’s own boat dock. River House B is the upstairs unit. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 full beds. There are also 2 rollaways in this home. Wifi is included. No smoking. No pets.

The Hatch House

The Hatch house is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home on the Steinhatchee river that sleeps 8 adults. The house has a private boat ramp and private deep water dock. Perfect for Scallop season, fishing tournaments, or just getting out on the river. The home is family friendly and there is plenty of privacy. The Kitchen is fully stocked, the home is fully furnished. The river views from the wrap around porch are stunning!

A 1960 gem restored in 2023 with no damage or flooding in 2024. Elevated on half acre lot on a dead end road in Jena FL, walking distance to public ramp. If you love old homes you will be amazed.
