This luxury cottage has three bedrooms one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a spacious bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The living space leads on to the raised outside decked area so that the meandering river views can be seen from both inside and out. Short breaks: Available during low season; at other times may be offered at short notice Smoking: No Smoking inside Rooms: Ground floor - Open Planning living space with Kitchen/Diner and Living room overlooking the River Dee. 2 king size bedrooms (1 of which can be made up as twin beds if preferred) 1 with ensuite shower rooms. The Lodge is a place for special events, courses and also a fully equipped games room for those rainy days. Each luxury cottage will be let individually or as a collection, with accommodation for up to 30 guests at any one time.

Southcroft

Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

PIGGERY-Peaceful lakeside retreat, slps 2-4/tennis

Viking barrel, sleeps 2-4 people. Rural location on the Penbedw Estate, North Wales/Cheshire border. It sits above a walled tennis court, overlooking a tranquil lake, filled with wildlife and birdsong. If you want to get away from it all, sit by the fire pit , enjoy the extensive walking, cycling routes on offer, in between a few games of tennis. Bell tent - sleeps max of 4, can be erected for extra guests. On a farm, always looking for willing hands to help move sheep, wellbehaved dogs welcome.

Detached holiday cottage with fabulous views

Detached ensuite holiday cottage set in it's own grounds close to Llangollen, North Wales, featuring offroad parking for 2 vehicles, a large kitchen, a farmhouse style dining table seating up to 8 and a large upstairs lounge with valley views and a balcony. Newly built in 2014, Jasmine Cottage is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. However it may not be suitable for young children due to regulatory fire escape windows in the upstairs bedrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed thank you.

Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this caravan getaway. This caravan is set on a working farm, in the hills of an area of outstanding natural beauty. Only a short trip from lots of local attractions. Plenty of things to do in the area, including walking the Offas Dyke path, or taking in the scenic views of snowdonia. Outside seating area looking over the farm. Seating area can be transformed into sleeping area also.
