The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The Winkler

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house. Giving you an opportunity to make it your home away from home at the beach. Come Enjoy!!

Stroll through the gardens, wander by the creek or sit and relax at the pool as you enjoy the surroundings on our beautiful two acre lot. We believe you will literally feel your stress melt away as you drive onto the property. Easily accessible by train(Septa) and by highway.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the farm. You will see horses, cows, goats, chickens & ducks. Family friendly. Animals roam the property & are safe to pet. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, wedding guests and business travelers. Close to art and culture, great views, the beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. We are nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay in a leafy neighborhood where on an average day you may see horses, bald eagles, wild turkeys and a whole host of other migrating birds.

Coastal Waterfront 1 Bedroom Cottage

This waterfront cottage is located 2 miles from Historic Downtown Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy, making it easy to plan your visit. It is located right on the South River in a quiet neighborhood. There is a full outdoor seating and patio area with a grill and fire pit. It has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, washer/dryer and can sleep up to 4 with the pull-out sleeper couch.

The Cottage is a separate one bedroom space from the main house. You will love the new king size bed and kitchenette. Complete with private bath and small living area, you will Love resting after a beach day! We offer free passes and chairs to Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches.
