This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow was built in 1945. Fully furnished, both bedrooms have a queen bed, dressers and small closet. The office includes a desk with reading chair. Living room has seating for 4. Kitchen includes place setting and silverware, an assorted array of pots, pans, mixing bowls, cups, and 4-quart crock pot. There is a 4-person round dining room table and new GE Profile smart washer/dryer in a single unit. The large yard hosts an outdoor fire pit and covered concrete patio.

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Each room has individual wall units for custom temp control, living space has TV with Firestick for streaming and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!
