Geniet 's ochtends van uw ontbijt op het terras met mooi uitzicht of het diner onder de eikenbomen. In de ruime slaapkamer zult u een goede nachtrust hebben . De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en op zomerse dagen kunt u gebruik maken van de airconditioning. Het charmante dorp Meyrals (met bakker en restaurant) ligt op 1,5 km van het huis, Sarlat en Le Bugue liggen beide op 15 km.

Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.
