E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The cosy cabin features one double and one single bedroom, seperate fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, lounge with sofa, Smart TV with HDMI, Fibre broadband, gas stove and dining table, bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower. The cabin has double glazed windows with central heating, patio doors opening to south facing veranda with patio furniture and private car park. Quiet surrondings with views of the mountains. Very functional and homely.

There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. The Cabin in South Kilkenny is a cosy self contained space featuring stylish decor and great for a relaxing getaway. Located to the rear of our property with it's own private entrance. The Cabin is entirely independent from the main residence and ensures privacy for all guests. We are located in a small rural village with the local pub only a two minute walk. The local shop/pharmacy an eight min drive. We are just fifteen minutes drive from Waterford City and The Waterford Greenway.
