Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

A cosy stand alone cottage, beside hosts home, recently renovated to the highest standard. Cottage includes living room with wood stove, kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms. Convenient parking on site, recently installed fibre WiFi, ideal for relaxation or remote working. Surrounding gardens include a native Irish woodland, orchard, vegetable and fruit garden. Situated a short distance from Omeath village and start of the Omeath Carlingford Greenway. 10 minutes drive to Carlingford and Newry.

The Stables or The Paddock at Higginstown House

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Stables or The Paddock. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Bright, airy, cheerful and well decorated loft apartment, one bedroom with King-size bed and sofa that converts to a single (3' 6" wide) or double bed (4'8") in the sitting room. There is a shower en-suite with w.h.b and WC. A fully-fitted modern kitchen c/w fridge, washing machine, electric hob, oven microwave, kettle and toaster. 46" flat-screen Sky Q television (all channels) along with Free WiFi. We have 3 No. separate accommodations (can hold 9 to 10 people, no hens or stags.)

There are lots of family friends activities close by with long acre alpacas in walking distance. Tayto park, Fantasia Theme park, Slane Castle, the battle of the Boyne and the seaside village of Bkavkrock are a short drive away, the cottage is perfect for anyone wishing to explore the north east of Ireland .

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Knockbirdge Village, Co Louth, a quiet village that offers a range of local amenities including shop, takeaway and traditional pub. While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

The Granny Flat, Blackrock , Nr Dundalk Co Louth

A self contained one bedroom granny flat with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio/garden, and private entrance door. The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.
